Restore Lilac Way wants you to be happy with your purchase. Please call or email Karen Laukkonen within 10 days of receipt to discuss your order. Full refund or exchange will not be issued if it has been more than 10 days since delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your poster must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Two ways to get your poster: Free pick up in St. Louis Park, MN or shipped to you

OPTION 1

Pick up your poster at Restore Lilac Way in St. Louis Park, MN (FREE, typically next day pickup available)

  • Poster is stored flat in a clear acid-free glassine envelope with protective cardboard backing
  • Required sales tax will be added at checkout
  • To eliminate shipping costs, select ‘Pickup at Restore Lilac Way in St. Louis Park, MN’ under Shipping options in your cart
  • Karen Laukkonen will contact you to arrange pickup

OPTION 2

Shipped via affordably priced USPS Ground Advantage

  • Poster is rolled with acid-free glassine paper and shipped in mailing tube with secure caps on both ends
  • Shipping costs and sales tax will be added at checkout as required
  • Posters are delivered in 2-5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage, and include USPS Tracking service and $100 insurance
  • We recommend laying your poster flat overnight for easier framing

Exchanges, refunds and returns

  • You must notify Restore Lilac Way within 10 days of receipt to discuss returns or exchanges
  • A poster can be exchanged for a different version at same size at no cost
  • If the poster is in new condition and in original packaging, we can offer full refund to original payment format
  • To make a return or exchange: Email karen@restorelilacway.com to request an exchange or a refund. Karen will set up the process after review.
  • The customer will pay for return shipping to Restore Lilac Way, or it can be dropped off at Restore Lilac Way to save on shipping fees.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Posters with obvious signs of use
  • Any poster not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error
  • Any poster that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace posters if they arrive defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at karen@restorelilacway.com and send your item to: Restore Lilac Way in St. Louis Park, MN.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail or drop off your product to: Restore LIlac Way, 3401 Zarthan Ave S., St, Louis Park, MN 55416.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
