This Graeser Park poster celebrates the stunning restoration of a national treasure. It features the park’s iconic beehive fireplace, rock garden and rustic structures hand-built by the Works Progress Administration (WPA) in the 1930s. Graeser Park has one of only two remaining 1939 WPA-built ‘beehive fireplaces’ in the U.S. Located in Robbinsdale, MN, it is one of only two rock gardens in the state, and the only beehive in its original location.

From 2021-2023, Graeser Park was beautifully preserved and restored in a $500,000 project by MnDOT’s Historic Roadside Preservation Program. By following the National Park Service’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, Graeser Park is once again a Lilac Way gem.

The posters are printed locally at Gleason Printing in St. Louis Park, MN on high quality satin cover paper. Karen reviews each poster before shipping for the best quality control. These are not printed ‘on-demand’—the posters have been pre-printed and are available at Restore Lilac Way.
