Graeser Park’s Preservation Celebration was just perfect.
This event showcased the completion of MnDOT’s recent major preservation and restoration project. Andrea Weber, Manager of MnDOT’s Historic Roadside Properties Program, spoke of the park’s history and its importance in the community.
This wonderful event featured a concert by the Robbinsdale City Band under the direction of Chad Green. Great people, perfect 70° weather. This should be an annual Whiz Bang Days event for Robbinsdale.
Organized by Kristi Gibson, and sponsored by the Robbinsdale Historical Society and the Robbinsdale Lions Club. Thanks to everyone who attended and volunteered for this historic Lilac Way park.

On July 6, 2023, the community attended Graeser Park’s Preservation Celebration. After MnDOT completed a major preservation and restoration project from 2021-23, the park is transformed.
