The last phase of MnDOT’s Historic Roadside Properties Program in the rock garden included repointing the pond walls and benches, and planting 120 perennials between the new ADA picnic table and bench. The grass areas were re-graded and seeded, and a biologic cleaner was used to remove the black staining on stones.
